On the other hand, when you're not relaxing and enjoying the tranquil atmosphere, we are perfectly located in the heart of the county, so a short drive in any direction offers quite the experience. Check out our Area Attractions page for more info. This affordable community offers the connivence to purchase propane gas on the premises. We have the ability to fill both standard propane tanks and direct line distribution to the RV bottle. Also, on the property, is a full scale laundry facility with 24 hr access to tenants. Last but not least is the easy access to dispose of household garbage from week to week. This accessibility is included in the rate for paying customers only.
Amenities
Our spacious 28 stall park can hold the largest of RV’s and their slide outs. We have multiple pull through stalls as well as the connivence of a full turn around toward the back of the property. When it comes to power, we offer a 20, 30 or 50 amp option. Landline hookups are available at each site upon agreement with the Brazoria Telephone Company. Free WiFi internet is accessible upon bandwidth availability. Hardline internet hookups are available at the office. Approved pets are allowed as long as they have tags and are taken care of appropriately. Rates are based on double occupancy, so anyone extra over the age of 4 will be charged $3 per day. With respect to this, each lot allows for two vehicle parking. All vehicles and trailers must be in operational condition with appropriate license and registration.
